What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, business name, website and message. If you choose to attach your readiness check result, we receive that score too.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.
What we don't do
We don't use advertising trackers, sell your information, or share it with third parties for marketing. The readiness check runs entirely in your browser, and your answers are not sent anywhere unless you choose to share the result.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
Where it's stored
On our own server, hosted in Canada (DigitalOcean, Toronto region). Contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@pivotplus.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. It may store your colour-theme preference in your own browser.
